Bookings & Cancellations Policy

Appointment Confirmation:

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend. If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy.
Arriving late will give you less time in which to enjoy your treatment, to ensure that our next client is not inconvenienced, we will always finish your treatment on time regardless of the time you arrive.

No Show:

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 12 hours, one of the following may be implemented:
a) You will forfeit your deposit
b) You will be requested to pay a deposit when next booking an appointment
c) A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package or were to redeem a gift voucher for that treatment.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers of different value are available and are an ideal present for someone special.
Gift vouchers for redemption at Indus Beauty and Medispalocation may be purchased in salon or by choosing the “Purchase a Gift Voucher” option on the Website. IndusBeauty and Medispa gift vouchers come in an envelope and may be shipped directly to a third party recipient as a gift if that is your intention. Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase, are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
A Gift Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction and can be utilised for the product or treatments of your choice or both.

Privacy and Communication:

Our team of trained professionals will provide a safe environment based on trust. We
encourage you to speak with your therapist as your wellbeing is our priority, particularly if you have special needs or health conditions.
Personal information shared is treated as highly confidential.

Pregnancy Policy:

To ensure the safety of both mother and child, we do not perform massage during the first trimester of pregnancy. From second trimester onwards, more options are available though there are some treatments that are unsuitable for the duration of pregnancy. Please speak with your therapist before or during your treatment for more information.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions:

Please inform us of any health related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include but are not limited to high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important please discuss this with your therapist.
We believe in self-care and self-responsibility with regards to managing our own personal health and wellbeing. We would encourage you to speak with your consulting doctor, oncologist, or specialist before coming to Indus Beauty &Medispa, if you have any pre-existing acute medical conditions or concerns.

Direct Marketing

You acknowledge and agree that we may contact you at the email or other address which you provide to us in order to: provide you with direct marketing information; or provide you with other information about our products and services which you may enjoy.

If you receive promotional information from us and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list by emailing info@indusbeautymedispa.com.au and asking to be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 5 business days for this request to be processed.

Shipping Information

Online Shop Orders received before Monday to Friday are dispatched with 24 hours. Orders received after on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. If any delays are experience in processing your order you will be contacted by email or phone. Delivery times quoted are approximate and should be used as a guide only. Customers located outside the next day delivery network or in regional Australia should allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

A signature is required on delivery to a residential or business address. If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field. Customers are required to pay a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to Indus Beauty and Medispadue to insufficient delivery address details. Authority to leave without a signature if your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature. Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left. Indus Beauty and Medispa and its freight handling agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.
